Today (Mon Feb 4, 2013) at MBS we did a repeat of the workout from two years ago.
As many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
165 squat clean & jerk.
Back in 2011 ( see the results [ HERE ] ), I scaled to 85# and I segmented the squat clean. That is, I did a power clean, stood it up, then did a front squat. Then I did the jerk overhead.
On this day, I did full squat clean, catching the bar in a squat and riding to the bottom. Then did push jerk. Can't recall if I resorted to split jerk in 2011 or not.
