"Filthy Fifty"
I last did this in Nov 2009, with a logbook entry of 40:00, but I think the clock stopped or something. Plus, the last time I modified several aspects.
This time:
50 Box jump, 24" box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 35#/16kg/yellow
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 lb. bar
50 Straight leg deadlifts 75 lb.
50 Wall ball shots, 10lb ball (modified from 20/14 lb.)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
time: 50:00.
I was gassed. Running on fumes the last three movements. Knees to elbows took a long time, as did burpees and double unders.
Also, was sore throughout posterior chain for several days.
